1. Eligibility

2. Submission Requirements

- Name of the organization/institution and designated person submitted the activity.
- Contact details of the authorized person submitting the information.
- Date and venue of the activity, wherever applicable.

- Official covering letter, press note, notice, certificate or other supporting document, wherever applicable.
- Any other documentary evidence that may help establish the authenticity of the information.
3. Mode of Submission
Only information submitted through the following official channels will be considered:

- Official Email ID of The Impact 24
Information submitted through personal social-media accounts, informal messaging platforms or other unofficial channels will not ordinarily be accepted for publication.
Wherever possible, submissions should be made through the official email ID of the concerned organization/institution/department. This will be given preference during the verification process.
4. Photographs and Supporting Evidence
Photographs submitted with the information should:
- Be relevant to the activity being reported.
- Clearly represent the event/activity.
- Preferably be original, high-resolution photographs.
- Not be misleading, manipulated or unrelated to the submitted information.
The Impact 24 may request additional photographs, documents, an official confirmation or other evidence whenever necessary.
5. Verification and Editorial Rights
The Editor of The Impact 24 reserves the right to verify, review, accept, modify, defer or reject any submitted information before publication.
Verification may include:

- Seeking additional documents or clarification.

- Verifying photographs and supporting evidence.
Payment of a subscription fee does not guarantee publication. Publication remains subject to editorial verification and acceptance.
6. Editorial Modification
The Editor reserves the right to make necessary editorial modifications to submitted write-ups, including:
- Grammar and spelling corrections.
- Sentence restructuring.
- Correction of obvious factual or information irregularities.
- Headline and subheading modification.
- Removal of repetitive or unnecessary content.
- Formatting and presentation changes.
- Minor changes required to comply with the editorial standards of The Impact 24.
Such modifications will normally be made without changing the fundamental meaning of authentic information.
7. Responsibility of the Submitter
The person or organization submitting the information shall be responsible for ensuring that:
- The information provided is true and accurate.
- The photographs and documents submitted are genuine and relevant.
- The submission does not contain defamatory, misleading, unlawful or deliberately false information.
- Necessary permissions have been obtained for photographs, documents or third-party material submitted for publication.
- Names, designations, dates, locations and other factual details are correctly provided.
The Impact 24 shall not be responsible for inaccuracies originating from information or materials supplied by the submitter.
8. Rejection of Content
The Impact 24 may reject or withhold publication of any submission that:

- Lacks sufficient supporting evidence where such evidence is necessary.
- Violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Contains defamatory, objectionable or inappropriate material.

9. Publication
Accepted submissions may be published on The Impact 24 info portal under the Platform Subscription category.
Publication timing will depend upon editorial review, verification, workload and the nature of the submitted information.
The Impact 24 reserves the right to determine the final:
- Headline
- Format
- Placement
- Photograph selection
- Length of the article
- Publication date and presentation
10. Types of Platform Subscription

The term “module” refers to an individual information/write-up submitted for publication under the Platform Subscription.
11. Subscription Terms
- The subscription fee is applicable according to the selected subscription category.
- A Module 1 Subscription applies to one submitted module.
- A Module 2 Subscription remains valid for one month from the date of activation.
- A Module 3 Subscription remains valid for one year from the date of activation.
- Subscription fees do not override the editorial verification and publication policy.
12. Editorial Disclaimer
The Platform Subscription is a facility for submitting information to The Impact 24 and should not be construed as a guarantee of publication. All submissions are subject to verification, editorial review and acceptance. The Editor’s decision regarding publication, modification, deferment or rejection of submitted content shall be final.
The Impact 24 does not publish personal, defamatory, derogatory or unverified content, nor any information intended to harm the personal life, dignity or reputation of any individual/organization; only authentic, verified activities, achievements and information that are constructive, informative and beneficial to society will be considered for publication.
